New VP of Engineering David Rowley Rounds Out Team of Seasoned Media, Advertising and Technology Executives for Downloadable Media Advertising Innovator

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, Sept. 18, 2007 - Kiptronic, the leading technology platform for downloadable media, announced today key additions to its senior management team.

Dave Rowley has joined Kiptronic as Vice President of Engineering. He was formerly CTO and VP of Engineering for SNOCAP, a music rights management company started by Napster founder Shawn Fanning. Prior to joining Kiptronic, Rowley was responsible for building SNOCAP's Digital Music Registry for sound recording rights management and commerce, which included the use of acoustic fingerprinting technology. In 2006, SNOCAP entered into an exclusive partnership with MySpace to power their digital music commerce offering, and Rowley played a key role in scaling the SNOCAP system to accommodate tens of millions of unique visitors per month.

"Dave brings a wealth of experience, insights and engineering talent to the Kiptronic team and provides another stepping stone in the development of the company," said President and CEO Bill Loewenthal. "With the rest of the senior management team in place, we are excited about our explosive opportunity as the leading platform for downloadable media in the industry."

The addition of Rowley follows news last week regarding Kiptronic's new President and CEO, Bill Loewenthal. Formerly with ReplayTV, Loewenthal replaces Founder Jonathan Cobb, who now serves as Chief Technology Officer.

Kiptronic also announced today the additions of Charles Andrew Whatley as Vice President of Sales and Larry Levine as Vice President of Strategic Relationships.

Whatley brings over 30 years in media sales and operations. Recently, Whatley served as consultant to Jones MediaAmerica, working on emerging media sales initiatives. He also founded Q2 Media Group, a creative media services company. Prior positions included management roles at Douglas Broadcasting with radio stations in Los Angeles, Washington D.C. and San Francisco.

Levine has a 25-year history of success in increasing sales, revenues and market share. Before joining Kiptronic, Levine held senior management roles with Flycast Communications, which matched unsold advertising space with marketers' needs. CMGI acquired Flycast in 2000. He was also Executive Director and Publisher with Ziff Davis Publishing Company and has worked with name-brand customers including AOL, Disney, Hearst, Conde Nast, CMP, IDG, Miller Freeman and Crain Communications, among others.

Rowley, Levine and Whatley round out the senior team and join Kiptronic's Vice President of Marketing Ben Heskett. Heskett was one of the founding members of the News.com team at CNET Networks, serving in various capacities. In addition, Heskett established his own marketing and communications practice and served as a senior executive at PerkettPR, Inc., a technology-focused communications firm. Heskett has won journalism awards and has numerous radio and television appearances to his credit.
